What you will experience
Follow us in the footsteps of the First and Second World Wars. Bloody battles took place in eastern Slovakia. We will set out on a journey to find the fallen soldiers to honour them at the military cemetery in Zborov. We will walk up to the Zborov Castle, which was also the spot of heavy fighting in the spring of 1915, with its gloomy atmosphere of fighting and bitter memories. The Death Valley will take us to the times of the Second World War, where the tanks on display remind visitors of the final battles of the Carpatho-Dukla operation. A visit to the Military Museum in Svidník will also bring us closer to the battles in Dukla, together with the military equipment on display in its premises.
